Feeding experience rats.
Female rats weighing 90–110 g (SPF Wistar type) are fed with standard rat food containing 0.0025% of the test active substance, with food of identical composition used for each experiment. Animals are given water at will.
Each group includes 12 experimental rats. The control group is given feed without the addition of the active substance. In all groups, the average weight and the difference in weight are the same, due to which comparability of groups of experimental animals is provided.
The weight gain is determined over the 13 days of the experiment.
For comparison, the experiment was carried out using the known substance L-tert-butyl-H-2-hydroxy-2- (3,5-dichloro-4-aminophenyl) -ethanolamine (A).

New derivatives of hydroxylamine belong to the category of low-toxic substances.
As can be seen from the above data, the proposed method allows to obtain compounds that allow a greater degree of increase in the productivity of animals compared with the known ones.
